Further to Resort Management’s ATS price communication FCRM is pleased to confirm ATS hours of operation this season:

The car parking service will operate in conjunction with the ATS hours.

The ATS will again offer guests the opportunity to ‘Split the ride’.  Split the ride provides a cost saving for guests who are prepared to walk while their luggage is escorted by one member of their party.

Please find attached a copy of the new ATS brochure and terms and conditions.  We’ve done our best to make the brochure more user friendly this season.  A supply of brochures are available to all accommodation Stakeholders from Resort Management office.

To confirm a Season Pass is $155 for adults and $99 for children.

Village Shuttle

The hours of operation will be 8.00am to 5.30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sun and 8.00am – 9.00pm on Wed and Sat for night skiing. Target shuttle rotations are intended to be up to 15 – 20 minutes during non peak times and up to 30 minutes during peak periods (8.00am – 10.00am, 4.00pm - 5.30pm)

This season drivers will prioritise guests with small children and mobility impaired.  In order to make it easier for guests each stop has been numbered.  We recommend you promote the nearest stop to your business to your guests.

BHP Road Shuttle (between Gully Precinct and Windy Corner, stopping at ATS and Slalom Plaza)

The hours of operation will be 8.00am to 6.00pm and will be operated by the existing VW fleet.

New for 2012 – Taxi Service

In response to guest feedback, FCRM has purchased a yellow ‘Argo’ vehicle to run a taxi service around the village.  The taxi is designed to provide an additional transport option for guest who need to traverse the village in peak times outside the shuttle rotation. Hours of operation will be 8.00 – 10.00am and 3.30 – 5.30pm.  Guests can hail the taxi or call 03 5758 1203.  The Taxi will operate on a booking system after 5.30pm by calling 03 5758 1203.  The price is $10 per person.

Village Road Closure

In order to maintain the safety of all resort guests, FCRM’s Board has sanctioned the closure of the village roads to all vehicles until 29thSeptember 2012.  This will safe guard all visitors and residents and assist in providing a quality ski-in/ski-out product.
