A cold pool of air will linger over the southeast of Victoria, with a high over the west and a deep low well out over the Tasman Sea.
Areas of rain are affecting East Gippsland, but the alpine resorts will only see the very edge of that - so it is light snow, but very cold.
The high moves later on Wednesday, clearing the weather. Our next front crosses through on Friday with snow showers.
How much snow...
A trace, but the chance of 5 cm Today to Wednesday.
